Standard Services starts at $1000 per month.
Pricing is customized to the unique needs of your business and the volume of the customers you serve, ensuring you receive the right level of support for your needs.

Standard Service includes:
Recording Financial Transactions:
• Recording all business transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Use of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Gusto etc.).

Accounts Payable:
• Tracking money, the business owes suppliers.
• Managing invoices, scheduling payments, and ensuring bills are paid on time.

Accounts Receivable:
• Tracking money owed to the business by customers.
• Issuing invoices and following up on overdue payments.

Bank Reconciliation:
• Comparing and matching internal records with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Identifying discrepancies or errors in the books.

Sales & Tax Filing:
• Calculating, collecting and remitting sales tax.
• Filing sales tax returns in compliance with Maines regulations.
• Filing PMFML in compliance with Maines regulations.

Payroll Services:
• Collecting hours from your employees and remitting payroll
2-10 Employees $15.00
10-20 Employees $30.00
20+ Employees $50.00 (Cap at 40 Employees)

Office Pickups :
• For clients located within a 60-mile radius
• For your convenience we offer scheduled visits to your office twice a week to collect physical receipts and any documents that are not easily transmitted via email. During these visits we can also pick up checks for deposit and bring them to your prospective bank account upon request.
